My husband and I live in Atlanta. Replacement Windows were the first project we decided to tackle in our new home. Budget Home Remodeling did a great job installing our vinyl replacement windows. Their price was very reasonable. We were especially impressed with the service that we got from their salesman and the crew that did the installation of the windows really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They cleaned up everything after they were done. Another thing that really impressed me was the fact that Budget Home Remodeling sent out the head of their window installation crew to measure our windows a second time before the windows were ordered to make sure that they were all the right size. We could not be happier with our new windows. My husband says we got the best vinyl replacement windows in Atlanta!

Great windows, terrible customer service post-sale. We contracted with Taylor to replace our windows in August of 2009. One of the windows arrived at our home on the installer’s trailer with a huge crack in it. As there were no extra windows, the installer went ahead and put the window in and said he would alert Taylor’s service department to order a new sash and set an appointment to come back and install it. I did not hear from Taylor, so I called to get the issue taken care of. They did not know about the broken window, much less had they ordered a replacement. They also did not know which window I was talking about when I described it, so I had to photograph the label on the sash and email it to them. I was assured I would hear back to set up an appointment to install the sash once it had been fabricated and arrived at their store.

RECOMMEND! I called two different companies for quotes on blown-in cellulose insulation – ABT was the smaller of the two, quotes were similar in price. I went with ABT as I liked the fact that I was dealing with the owners. They have several high tech infrared temperature readers. Their team was professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Even though our job ended up being more complicated than orginally anticipated, Romain did not try to charge any more or shortcut the job. They did what it took to get the job done right – pleasure to work with. I would recommend ABT to anyone who is looking to do blown in insulation.
