Beautiful Windows We had several window companies come out to our house to give us bids. Although all the companies seemed to promise the same level of service and product quality, All Seasons prices blew the competition out of the water. They installed 13 windows for us in about 3 weeks after signing the contract and we couldn’t be happier with their service and the quality of their product. The windows transformed the look and overall comfort of our entire home. I would recommend All Seasons to anyone.

Don’t like to own up to their mistakes… I was pretty excited to find a “door” store here in Portland. Having previously lived in Seattle, where there is a terrific door store, I was prepared to give this place a lot of business (we do a fair amount of remodeling). The very first job I gave them – a simple, pre-hung door to be placed into a hole of given measurements – they ordered it too big. When the contractor I hired showed up to pick the thing up, Truax had ordered *the actual door* to the measurements given. With the addition of the molding around the door, it door was now an inch too large to fit in the opening. A simple mistake, but I had been *very* clear about where this door was going, and that, pre-hung, it needed to fit inside the measurements provided. So it was their mistake. The conversation with the sales rep there was depressing. He must have said, “well… it’s my recollection…” four times. It quickly became a your-word-against-mine discussion. Bad form for a local business. So now they have my money

My fabulous new patio door went in without a hitch. William and Hugo paid close attention to the details — there was a lot of pristine caulking and careful lock adjusting. My patio door has a built-in pet door that slides with the door — absolutely the best-looking solution I have seen. Lifetime was the only company that had this solution for me. Everyone is very pleasant to work with, from Ruth in the office, to Tim in sales, to Will and Hugo. Cannot recommend them enough.

I interviewed 3 companies before choosing Energy Gruard for their product reputation, and the owners of the company. I was totally impressed when they were the only ones to even remove their shoes when they came into my house (hint: if people have shoes by the front door usually that means they do not wear inside). They did an excellent job, on time and at a lower rate than one of the other companies. They also installed a new doorway and door and replaced my bay window. I really enjoyed working with them and as a realtor in Portland I will and have recommended them to many of my clients. Thanks Nancy and Darren for a job well done!

I’m an actual customer and actually believed all of the reviews, BBB rating, etc. The salesperson came to my house and was really knowledgable… everything seemed great. But then I waited and waited for them to call me to schedule the precise measurements. I ended up having to call them over and over again and finally got on their schedule 3 weeks after the salesperson came. Then I was told it would be another 5 weeks before the windows arrived, and another 2+ weeks before they could schedule the install. So it takes them almost 3 months to install windows? For the price that I’m paying, I’d expect better service than this.

That means more money in my pockets. I had gotten several different quotes from several different companies! Some twice by the same companies. And i almost decided to buy the windows from home depot and do it myself! within the same week i went to the fair and saw a rep from Harley. I left my info and was later contacted to see when i was available for a quote! oh and it was free and it was to last for a year! The salesman was very polite, knowledgeable, and was not trying to sell me something that i didnt want or need. i remember also sharing my story of the several quotes i had received prior to this one and surprisingly he had nothing but good things to say about their competion. i knew that moment who i was going to go with.

Excellent company. I would use them again State Roofing is great. We initially used them for a re-roofing project and they were prompt, efficient and very professional. They did a great job and, if I had any concerns, they were excellent about explaining what was going on. We called them a second time when we had an issue with another roof that they did not install. They came out to look at the roof and said that it would eventually need to be replaced but that we could get a few more years out of it. I appreciated that State Roofing was honest and did not try to sell us a new roof. This showed me that it is not about the money. They are an excellent company to work with.
