User Reviews: I moved into my new apartment and only a month later I find that the glass back splash behind the oven has a long crack which was caused by the heat coming out of the oven’s exhaust. After speaking to the building manager I find that the glass was not tempered by the installer. I was subsequently referred to Bear Glass by another tenant in the building that had the same problem and called Bear Glass to have the cracked back splash replaced with tempered glass. Why the previous glass company installed glass that was not tempered in the first place is beyond me but I’m glad that Bear Glass came quickly and installed it in no time at all. I’m having my crooked shower door replaced by them as well. Great guys, excellent service.

Shawn Colvin, who was my sales representative called on me and gave a great sales pitch for the windows that I was suppose to get. At the time of the installation, the installers came and installed my windows. The windows looked great, except that they forgot to finish the cocking of the outside of the windows. Ther was extra cocking hanging off the top of the window and the bottom of the window wasn’t even sealed. I called the sales rep to address this issue and he never called back. Weeks went by and i called again, but with no call back. His phone was full and not accepting calls. Finally I took a picture and sent it to him. He finally called me back and said that the issue will be taken care of the up coming weekend. That weekend I did see workers doing and installation on another unit and figured that they would work on mine a well. I thought wrong, no body did anything to my place. I call Shawn again, but now with no answer or call back.

Frameless Shower I hired Main Glass to install a frameless shower at my home. They did an awesome job. I got a quotes from other companies, and they had the best price. The Salesman that came by to take measurements was really nice. The guys that came to install were very clean and did a great job. My bathroom looks great. I’m an actual customer and actually believed all of the reviews, BBB rating, etc. The salesperson came to my house and was really knowledgable… everything seemed great. But then I waited and waited for them to call me to schedule the precise measurements. I ended up having to call them over and over again and finally got on their schedule 3 weeks after the salesperson came. Then I was told it would be another 5 weeks before the windows arrived, and another 2+ weeks before they could schedule the install. So it takes them almost 3 months to install windows? For the price that I’m paying, I’d expect better service than this.

Clear concepts did a quality and professional job of installing our windows and were the lowest price out of 5 company quotes. At first I was set back by the low price of their quote in thinking quality would suffer but all the great reviews on here helped me make the final decision. We are extremely satisfied with our windows. Originally Brian quoted Plygem windows but after the first quote we realized we could afford Milgaurd windows, a slightly more renowned name in window manufacturers, and we added an additional window to our order. One set back we had, at no fault of Clear Concepts was a mis-communication between Clear Concepts and Milguard. In hindsight our Milguard windows are high quality manufactured and I still wouldn’t have changed our window manufacturer. We are very happy with the product
